We can produce from your accounting system (as part of a package) management accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis, to allow you to see where your business was and where it is today.
This can include:
• Profit & Loss statements – How many sales you have made, how much has it cost you to produce those sales (Gross Profit) and how much your overheads were (rent, rates, stationery, telephone/mobile, and other costs). What profit you have made, and how much tax you may have to pay at the end of the year.
• Balance Sheet statements – what assets your business has, what liabilities are to be paid and the worth of the business
• Pro-active Cashflow and cashflow forecasting.
